Day 8 - Easy As

When you have been up all night with a boy that isn't well and wants to feed every two hours you then discover that come morning you need to find something to that you can get off to work quickly and still look respectable for meetings.

After having my son I know that I wouldn't be able to wear dresses due to breast-feeding. When I came across this dress it was a winner straight away but not in my size.

This dress is one of those that I made my friend go and pick it up on the Gold Coast as it was on sale and I had to have it. You know things are going downhill when you start calling your friends that are close to shops that stock a certain item to go in the next day and pick it up(shops usually only hold for 24-48 hours). I was lucky that a friend just did that. I am sure it was more of an excuse for her to go shopping on a Sunday (for someone to go out for me on a Sunday, either it's commitment or just a great friend).

I was even luckier when I received it 3 days later in the mail as she thought it would be a good idea to send it to me incase the size was wrong and I had to change it before the end of a 14 day return policy period. Oh she knows me too well.

What can I say it was a perfect quick option but I gave myself extra points for wearing different shoes. Little booties, I think that makes shoe number 6 or 7... snaps for me :-)
